:
600g chicken meat – thighs or
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons sweet ground paprika
1 tablespoon plain flour
600 ml water or broth
200 ml cooking cream 12%
Salt and pepper
Procedure:
Salt and pepper the meat. Fry in oil until golden brown and remove.
Foam the onion in the frying pan. Remove from heat, stir in paprika and flour. Be careful not to let the paprika turn bitter!
Pour in water, return the meat. Simmer under the lid for 25 minutes.
Remove the meat, stir in the cream into the sauce. Boil for 2 minutes. Return the meat to heat.
Serve: With bread dumplings or rice.
