300g chicken breast, cooked
1 onion, finely chopped
2 pickles,
diced 150g sterilized peas, drained
3–4 tablespoons plain yogurt
Salt, pepper
Instructions: Tear the chicken into shreds or chop. Mix everything in a bowl. Let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Best with fresh bread.
Coleslaw salad – the one from KFC, but homemade
Ingredients:
1/2 head of white cabbage, finely shredded
1 carrot, coarsely grated
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
1 teaspoon sugar
Pinch of salt
Instructions: Put the cabbage and carrots in a bowl, salt and mash with your hands for 2 minutes to soften. Add the rest, mix. It is best the next day.
Beetroot salad – vitamin bomb
Ingredients:
2–3 cooked beets, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
Salt and pepper
Pinch of sugar to taste
Directions: Mix everything together. Let sit for at least 2 hours. The longer it sits, the better.
