Procedure:
Cook the pasta al dente. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Sauté the onion in oil, add the ham, fry briefly.
Mix the pasta, ham, half the cheese. Place in a baking dish.
Beat the eggs with milk, salt, pepper. Pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Beef goulash with potatoes – a hearty dinner for a few crowns
Ingredients:
600g potatoes, diced
300g bacon or sausages, diced
2 onions, roughly
2 tablespoons of oil
2 teaspoons of sweet ground paprika
1 tablespoon of plain flour
1 l of water or broth
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon of marjoram
Salt and pepper
Procedure:
Fry the bacon in oil. Remove. Fry the onion in the frying pan until golden brown.
Remove from heat, stir in the paprika and flour. Pour in water.
Add the potatoes, salt, pepper. Cook for 15 minutes until semi-soft.
Return the bacon, add the garlic and marjoram. Cook for another 5 minutes. Marjoram until the end!
Serve: With fresh bread.
