Introduction

## Preparation procedure:
Mix the chia, flax and sesame seeds in a bowl. You can lightly toast them in a dry pan to enhance their flavor, but it is not necessary.

Add plain yogurt and mix well to combine all the ingredients.

If you like a sweeter taste, add a teaspoon of honey.

Finally, mix everything together and add your favorite fresh fruit on top.

Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the seeds to absorb liquid and swell, increasing their nutritional value.

## Serving and storage tips:

* It tastes best when the seeds soak in the yogurt for about an hour, but you can eat it right away.
* Store the prepared mixture in a sealed container in the refrigerator, ideally for 2-3 days. It's a great healthy and quick breakfast or snack.
