**Based on the corpus:**

* 250 g butter biscuits
* 120 g butter

**For the light cream:**

* 450 g cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia, mascarpone)
* 400 ml well-chilled whipping cream 30–36%
* 120 g icing sugar
* 2 packets vanilla sugar
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice

**On the kiwi layer:**

* 1.5 kg kiwi
* 180 g powdered sugar
* 2 teaspoons (approx. 4 g) agar powder

### Preparation

**Case:**
Crush the biscuits thoroughly and mix with the melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 24 cm cake tin, smooth it out and put it in the fridge...
