## Preparation:
Cut out circles from the puff pastry and glue two together.
Brush the top with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 220°C for about 12–15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the salmon spread. Chop the dill and finely chop the salmon. Place the cream cheese in a bowl, add the salmon, dill and season with pepper and lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly.
After baking, cut the buns into pieces and fill them generously with the spread. Enjoy!
