Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 kg potatoes
2 eggs
4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt, pepper
1 teaspoon marjoram
4 tablespoons plain flour
Lard for frying

Procedure:

Grate the potatoes finely and drain the water.
Mix with eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, marjoram and flour.
Fry thin pancakes in hot lard until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot.

Tip: The secret is in the marjoram and squeezed garlic!
